  9.    - added support for CV64/3D's video overlay feature. It needs
  10.      cgxvideo.library of CyberGraphX V3. It is automatically enabled if
  11.      VLabTV is opened on a CV64/3D screen. As of now, cgxvideo.library
  12.      supports CV64/3D's video overlay features in 256 colour modes only.
  13.    - added a gauge window to show the progress when saving projects
  14.    - added jpeg saver. Jpeg is the default save format now. New tooltypes
  15.      SAVE_MODE and JPEGQUALITY are available to modify save parameters.
